#if debug --> #if myOwnConfig?

#if debug --> #if myOwnConfig?

is there a way in c# to use a custom Configuration like "#if DEBUG"
I need a "#if OFFLINE" as my Build-Config's name is "Offline" (only for
further debug-purposes too)...
